Selection to a Michigan Belles team requires that a player meet high standards in the areas of talent, skill, experience, academics, attitude and character.

Return involves demonstrated performance, effort, dedication, commitment and loyalty. The Club's activity level and strength of competition assures experience and a sharp competitive edge.

The Belles winning record and reputation are a tribute to the players' competitive excellence, and the Club's screening process provides college coaches with an opportunity to recruit more effectively and economically.

In addition, college coaches are encouraged to obtain biographical information on Belles players. The information is available through various sources including this web site, player's handouts at NCAA sanctioned events and occasionally a printed club media guide.
